For Clients
Find, hire, and review verified installers
Use the search bar on the homepage or go to Find Installers. Filter by service category (e.g., invisible grills, mosquito nets, glass work), city, distance, rating, and years of experience. Every result shows a profile with portfolio images, client reviews, and verified badges — click any card to view full details and contact the professional directly.
Click Post Requirement in the top navigation. A 3-step guided form lets you describe your job, choose a service category, add your location, and optionally attach photos. Your requirement is reviewed and published within 2 hours. Matching verified technicians will then reach out with quotes — you compare and choose.
No — posting a job requirement is completely free for clients. You only pay the technician you hire for the actual work. True Installer does not add any hidden service fees or commissions to your side of the transaction.
Yes. Every technician on True Installer goes through a multi-step verification process: identity verification (Aadhaar/PAN), skill assessment, and background checks. Only profiles that pass all checks display the blue Verified badge. We recommend only hiring verified professionals for full peace of mind.
Payments are made directly to the technician after the work is completed to your satisfaction. We strongly recommend agreeing on the scope, price, and payment mode before work begins. You can use cash, UPI, or bank transfer as preferred. Integrated online payment and escrow features are on our roadmap — subscribe to updates to be notified.
First, communicate directly with the technician to resolve the issue — most professionals are happy to rectify genuine concerns. If the issue persists, contact our support team at support@trueinstaller.com. Our team will mediate and help find a fair resolution. Always leave an honest review to help the community make informed decisions.
After the job is marked complete, you'll receive a prompt to rate the technician (1–5 stars) and write a review. You can also visit the technician's profile and click Write a Review. Your review helps other clients and motivates technicians to maintain high standards.
Yes. Many technicians list multiple service areas. When posting your job or browsing, simply enter your specific city or pincode. The system will match professionals who serve that area — including those willing to travel for larger projects. Always confirm service availability and any travel charges directly with the technician.

Absolutely. All personal data is stored using industry-standard encryption. Your contact details are only shared with technicians you choose to connect with. We never sell your data to third parties. Read our Privacy Policy for complete details.
For Technicians
Register, get jobs, grow your installation business
Click Join Free → Register as Installer in the navigation. Complete the multi-step form with your personal details, professional information, service categories, service areas, and upload supporting documents (ID proof, skill certificates). Our team reviews and activates your profile within 24–48 hours. You'll receive a confirmation email once your account is live.
Registration is currently FREE. We offer optional premium subscription plans that unlock priority listing, unlimited job applications, and advanced analytics. Basic registration with core features will always remain free. Check your Technician Dashboard for current plan details and pricing.
Log in and go to Jobs in your dashboard. Use the filters to narrow by service category, city, or budget. Click Apply Now on any relevant job, submit your proposal (timeline, quote, notes), and wait for the client to respond. You can track the status of all applications from the My Applications section.
To maximise job leads:
- Complete your profile to 100% — fill every field.
- Upload at least 8–10 high-quality project photos in your gallery.
- List all service categories and every city/area you serve.
- Respond to client messages within 1 hour — speed boosts ranking.
- Maintain a 4★+ rating consistently.
- Request reviews from every satisfied client.
Ratings are the single biggest factor in your search ranking and client trust. Profiles with 4.5★ or higher appear at the top of search results and receive significantly more inquiries. A single bad review can be offset by consistently earning positive ones. Always discuss expectations upfront to avoid misunderstandings.
The verification process has three stages:
- Identity Verification — Aadhaar, PAN, or passport.
- Skill Assessment — submission of portfolio images and/or a skills test.
- Background Check — our team validates your professional history.
Yes! Your profile includes a Portfolio Gallery where you can upload before/after images of completed projects. High-quality photos are one of the most persuasive factors for clients choosing between technicians. Add captions describing the project type, dimensions, and materials used to give clients confidence in your skills.
Yes. Log in, go to your Dashboard → Profile → Service Areas, and add or remove cities/pincodes at any time. Changes take effect within a few minutes. Keeping your service area accurate ensures you see relevant jobs and clients can find you easily.
Your Technician Dashboard shows: profile views (daily/monthly), job applications sent vs accepted, earnings history, review breakdown by rating, service category performance, and a live inbox for client messages. Premium subscribers also get competitor benchmarking and lead conversion analytics.
Accounts can be suspended for repeated client complaints, fake reviews, misleading profile information, or fraudulent activity. We send a warning notification before taking action in most cases. You may appeal via support@trueinstaller.com with evidence for review.
For Companies
Business accounts, bulk jobs & company dashboard
A Company account is designed for registered businesses — brands, dealers, contractors, or service companies — that need to manage multiple installation projects, coordinate teams of technicians, and handle client relationships at scale. It comes with a dedicated Company Dashboard separate from the individual technician dashboard.
Click Join Free → Register Your Company/Brand in the navigation. Fill in your business name, official email, GST/registration number, contact person details, service categories, and operating cities. After submitting, a verification link is sent to your official email. Click the link to activate your Company Dashboard.
Email verification ensures that the person registering actually controls the official company domain. This protects your brand from being impersonated and gives clients confidence that they're dealing with a legitimate business. You cannot access the Company Dashboard until verification is complete — check your inbox (and spam folder) for the verification email and click the link within 24 hours.
The Company Dashboard includes:
- Project Management — create, assign, and track multiple jobs.
- Technician Roster — manage your in-house team or sub-contractors.
- Bulk Job Posting — post multiple requirements in one session.
- Client CRM — track client details, job history, and follow-ups.
- Reporting & Analytics — revenue, job status, and team performance metrics.
- Brand Profile Page — a public company page clients can find and trust.
Basic company registration is free. Premium plans unlocking advanced features (bulk posting, detailed analytics, priority support) are available on a subscription basis. Plan pricing is shown in your dashboard once you're verified. You can start with the free tier and upgrade anytime.
Yes. Once your company account is verified, you can invite team members (managers, supervisors, field technicians) from the Dashboard → Team Management section. Each member gets their own login with role-based access — admins, project managers, and field staff each see only what's relevant to them.
Any GST-registered or formally incorporated business operating in the installation, fabrication, or home services industry can register. This includes:
- Product manufacturers (grills, nets, glass, doors/windows)
- Dealers and distributors
- Construction and interior design firms
- Facilities management companies
- Real estate developers requiring bulk installation
Yes. Each verified company gets a public Company Profile Page displaying your brand name, logo, service categories, coverage cities, team size, registered year, and a portfolio of completed projects. Clients can search for your company directly and submit inquiries through your profile. This boosts brand visibility and organic lead generation.
First, check your spam / junk folder. If it's not there, go to the company registration confirmation page and click Resend Verification Email. Make sure the email address you provided is a working inbox (not a generic alias). If you still face issues, contact us at support@trueinstaller.com.

Yes! The True Installer mobile app is available for Android (Google Play) and iOS (App Store). The app provides all the features of the website — posting jobs, browsing technicians, live notifications, and dashboard access — optimised for mobile use. Search "True Installer" in your app store.

Currently, True Installer is focused on the Indian market. International expansion (UAE, UK, Singapore) is on our roadmap. If you're an overseas professional or client interested in the platform, you can express interest via our Contact Us page and we'll notify you when your region goes live.
Currently the platform is available in English and Hindi. We plan to add regional language support (Tamil, Telugu, Kannada, Marathi, Gujarati) as we expand to those regions. Use the language toggle in the footer (coming soon) to switch.
On the Login page, click Forgot Password?. Enter your registered email address and we'll send a secure password reset link valid for 24 hours. Click the link, set a new password, and log in normally. If you don't receive the email, check your spam folder or contact support.
Yes. Go to Dashboard → Account Settings → Delete Account. Account deletion is permanent — all your profile data, reviews, and job history will be removed after a 30-day grace period (allowing you to change your mind). If you have any active jobs or subscriptions, please resolve them before deleting. For assistance, email support@trueinstaller.com.
