1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using TrueInstaller ("the Platform"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

2. Use of Platform

TrueInstaller is a platform that connects customers with verified installation technicians. The Platform provides:

• Technician search and discovery
• Price calculator tools
• Direct communication between customers and technicians
• Review and rating systems

3. User Accounts

3.1 Registration

Users must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.

3.2 Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

3.3 Account Types

• Customers: Can search for technicians, post jobs, and request quotations
• Technicians: Can create profiles, respond to job requests, and provide quotations

4. Technician Verification

TrueInstaller verifies technician credentials to the best of our ability. However, customers are encouraged to conduct their own due diligence before engaging any technician's services.

5. Service Agreements

All service agreements, pricing, and work schedules are directly between customers and technicians. TrueInstaller is not a party to these agreements and is not responsible for service delivery.

6. Payments

• All payments for services are made directly between customers and technicians
• TrueInstaller may charge service fees or subscription fees to technicians
• Payment terms will be clearly communicated before any transaction

7. User Conduct

Users agree NOT to:

• Post false, inaccurate, or misleading information
• Impersonate any person or entity
• Engage in harassment or abusive behavior
• Use the platform for illegal activities
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the platform

8. Reviews and Ratings

Reviews must be honest and based on actual experiences. TrueInstaller reserves the right to remove reviews that violate our content policies.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the Platform, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of TrueInstaller or its content suppliers and is protected by intellectual property laws.

10. Limitation of Liability

TrueInstaller is not liable for any damages arising from the use of the platform or services provided by technicians. The platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

11. Privacy

Your use of the Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

12. Termination

TrueInstaller reserves the right to terminate or suspend access to the platform at any time, without prior notice, for conduct that violates these Terms.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the platform. Continued use constitutes acceptance of modified terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
