You pay the installer or company directly as per the quotation you accept - typically an advance on confirmation and the balance on completion. Insist on the quotation and invoice through the platform so everything is documented.
Yes. Withdrawing a requirement is free anytime. Cancelling booked work is free before fabrication or material purchase begins; after that, work done may be deducted. Full details in our Cancellation Policy and Refund Policy.
