Polycarbonate or metal sheet on top?
Polycarbonate gives soft daylight and looks lighter; colour-coated metal is cheaper, fully opaque and quieter in hail with insulation. Both outlast fibreglass.
Do I need civil foundation work?
Cantilever and large-span sheds need small concrete footings; simple wall-supported sheds often anchor to existing structure. Your fabricator confirms after survey.
Can rainwater be channelled?
Yes — gutters and downpipes along the low edge route water to your drain or harvesting pit.
