Polycarbonate Roofing

Polycarbonate roofing for terraces, balconies, walkways & parking — multiwall, compact & corrugated sheets on fabricated structures. Free quotes.

Polycarbonate Roofing

You want the terrace usable in June and July — sun one month, rain the next. Polycarbonate roofing covers open areas with a sheet that lets daylight through, blocks UV, and shrugs off hail that would crack fibreglass. It's the go-to cover for terraces, balconies, walkways, pergolas and parking bays.

TrueInstaller connects you with verified roofing fabricators who build the MS/aluminium support structure and fit branded polycarbonate sheets with the right accessories — the difference between a roof that lasts 10 years and one that leaks in one.

Sheet options

  • Multiwall (twin-wall) sheets — insulated, diffused light, the balcony favourite.
  • Compact solid sheets — glass-clear, high impact, for premium pergolas and skylights.
  • Corrugated profile sheets — economical large-area cover for parking and walkways.
  • Tinted shades — bronze, blue, opal and grey to cut glare and heat.

Frequently asked questions

Will polycarbonate turn yellow?

Branded UV-coated sheets carry 10-year warranties against yellowing; unbranded sheets are where the horror stories come from. Ask for the brand and warranty card.

Does it get noisy in rain?

Multiwall sheets are noticeably quieter than metal roofing; foam tape between sheet and purlin further cuts drumming.

Can it take hail and monkeys?

Yes — polycarbonate is nearly unbreakable (200× stronger than glass). It flexes under impact and springs back.

Cover it once, use it all year.
