This Disclaimer governs your use of TrueInstaller (the "Platform"), including our website, calculators, content and mobile applications. By using the Platform you accept this Disclaimer in full, together with our Terms & Conditions.
1. Marketplace role
TrueInstaller is an online marketplace that connects customers with independent installation and fabrication professionals ("Technicians"). We verify identities and collect reviews in good faith, but Technicians are independent service providers, not our employees or agents. Contracts for services are formed directly between you and the Technician you engage. We are not a party to those contracts and do not ourselves provide installation services.
2. No professional advice
Content on the Platform - service guides, specifications, safety notes, FAQs and blog articles - is provided for general information only. It is not engineering, architectural, legal or financial advice. Structural work, electrical work and work at height should always be validated by a qualified professional for your specific site.
3. Cost calculators and price indications
Our cost calculators and the rate ranges shown on service pages are indicative estimates based on typical market rates. They are not quotations and not offers. Actual prices vary with site conditions, measurements, material market movements, city and season, and currency conversions on international views are approximate and market-adjusted. Only a written quotation from a Technician after measurement constitutes a price you can rely on.
4. Reviews, ratings and verification
Ratings and "verified" badges reflect checks and customer feedback at a point in time. They are not a guarantee of future performance. We encourage you to review quotations, ask for material specifications in writing and confirm warranty terms before engaging any Technician.
5. Workmanship and warranties
Warranties on materials and workmanship are given by the Technician and/or the material manufacturer, not by TrueInstaller. Warranty terms should be recorded in the Technician's quotation or invoice. We will assist in mediating disputes in good faith, but we do not underwrite third-party warranties.
6. Third-party links and tools
The Platform may link to third-party websites, app stores, payment providers and chat tools. We are not responsible for their content, policies or availability. Use of third-party services is at your own risk and subject to their terms.
7. Availability and accuracy
We work to keep the Platform available and its information current, but we do not warrant uninterrupted availability or that all content is error-free. Service coverage varies by city. We may modify or withdraw features (including calculators and pages) without notice.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, TrueInstaller shall not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from use of the Platform or from services provided by Technicians, including loss of profit, data or goodwill. Nothing in this Disclaimer limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, including in respect of fraud.
